Delivery Policy

The order is processed immediately upon receipt of payment.

 

The delivery time to the customer depends on two factors:

- the production time for the print run,

- the delivery time by the carrier.

 

The print is delivered to me within an average of 6 business days after I order it from the printer I work with. This timeframe may be longer if I am traveling.

 

Upon receipt, the print is checked, numbered, signed, and packaged by me. If it is not as ordered, a new print run will be requested from the printer, which may extend the delivery time. In this case, the customer will be informed immediately.

The carrier usually takes charge on the same day as the receipt, or at the latest the following day.

 

The package is delivered to its destination by the carrier (UPS) within mainland France in an average of 48/72 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. For other destinations (Europe, Caribbean, Canada, United States, etc.), delivery times may be longer.

 

Based on this information, the average delivery time will be 8 to 12 business days. A tracking number will be sent to the buyer as soon as the package is picked up by the carrier.

 

Shipping costs are not adjusted based on print size because, regardless of the print dimensions offered, the package falls into the same size category (L x W x H < 10,000 cm³). The price is therefore adjusted according to the destination country. These are the rates of the carrier UPS.

 

For example, shipping costs within mainland France are €12.96. For most other European countries, the cost is €20.64. For more distant European countries, such as Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, and Greece, the rate is €21.84, and even €47.10 for Norway, Bosnia, Macedonia, Montenegro, and Iceland. For the French overseas departments and territories (DROM-COM), shipping costs are €64.90, as is the case for Algeria, Morocco, and Tunisia.
